About Lydia Smith

After spending summers vacationing in the area, Lydia moved to the Emerald Coast in 2002. She began her career opening retail storefronts for Sandestin Resort and later became the Director of Spa and Fitness for the resort. Her passion for the area leads her into real estate in 2006, where she utilizes her talents working with people as well as her eye for aesthetics and design. Her business skills and attention to detail have proven to be an asset for clients in searching for their perfect piece of real estate.

 

In 2012, Lydia’s love for interiors and real estate prompted her to open her own boutique specializing in furniture, accessories, and consignment to further assist clients in the entire process of buying and decorating their dream home or vacation rental.
