About Cole Blair

Cole has lived on 30A and then Miramar Beach twenty-four years. Owning a local business in Seaside then investing in and developing real estate on 30A, Freeport, Miramar Beach and the "Forgotten Coast" during that period, he has an intimate knowledge of every hamlet and neighborhood from 30A to Destin having personally invested in many of them.

Before making the transition to life on the Emerald Coast and becoming a licensed real estate broker, Cole was a successful serial entrepreneur founding and operating a multitude of profitable healthcare companies including out-patient orthopedic physical therapy rehabilitation centers in joint venture with HCA, an E-learning healthcare dotcom with Tenet Healthcare, owning a chiropractic center, and orthopedic physician owned in-house physical therapy centers. 

 

Cole graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology followed by serving as a Strength & Conditioning coach at UCF before jumping into healthcare. He has been a dedicated athlete since early childhood including lettering four years as a defensive back at the University of Central Florida starting with the inaugural 1979 team, then racing triathlons at the highest age-group level including a national championship in the sprint distance and qualifying then racing Kona Ironman in Hawaii. Cole's drive, intensity and high energy as an entrepreneur and athlete is now being spent serving his real estate clients on the Emerald Coast. The goal remains the same always; the client's interests always comes first.
